About the role

Are you a commercially driven property professional ready to take ownership of a national investment portfolio within one of the UK’s most recognisable brands?

We’re looking for a Lead Asset Manager to shape and deliver the leasing and asset strategy across a complex, high-value property estate—driving sustainable income growth and long-term asset value.

Working at pace within a fast-moving environment, you’ll balance commercial performance, operational viability and customer experience, ensuring our assets deliver for the business now and into the future.

Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making at the highest levels. You’ll use your commercial expertise to unlock value, manage risk, and lead key leasing decisions, while providing clear insight to senior stakeholders and Board forums.

This is a leadership role where you’ll develop a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure disciplined execution across multiple income-critical workstreams.

You will be responsible for

This is a senior, high-impact role where you’ll:

  • Own and deliver the asset management and leasing strategy for a national investment portfolio
  • Identify and unlock value from under-utilised or complex assets through repurposing and re-letting
  • Lead major leasing decisions including renewals, rent reviews, re-gears and new lettings
  • Balance commercial performance, risk, and operational considerations to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape wider property and business strategy
  • Driving income performance and portfolio optimisation, managing risks and opportunities
  • Leading negotiations on complex, high-value transactions
  • Providing clear commercial insight and recommendations to senior leadership and Board forums
  • Managing key relationships with agents, tenants, and advisors
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Asset Managers to deliver outstanding results

You will need

  • Proven experience in commercial property asset management and leasing
  • Strong track record in complex deal-making and portfolio strategy
  • Deep understanding of leases, rent reviews, valuations, and income performance
  • Confident influencing at senior stakeholder level
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to execute at pace in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
