I ensure all resilience documentation is appropriately recorded in our central systems.
Working closely with our Business Resilience Programme Manager to ensure all aspects of our cyber resilience and other planning are aligned to the company’s strategy, and supporting the development of project plans, progress updates and governance documentation.
Working closely with our network of Business Resilience Champions, group‑wide, to support their professional development.
Providing support to our Incident and Crisis Management Teams across the group as required.
Driving technical innovation to maximise efficiencies and opportunities in the use of our Business Resilience Management System, and building proficiency across the Business Resilience community through system training.
