About the role
We’re looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our Group Control team, helping us deliver accurate, timely and high‑quality external financial reporting. In this role, you’ll play a key part in preparing our Group results, supporting financial controls, and explaining complex accounting matters in a clear and engaging way for a variety of stakeholders.

You will be responsible for
- Supporting the preparation and delivery of Group external financial reporting in line with IFRS.
- Acting as the key contact for a Business Unit and reviewing periodic performance.
- Presenting and analysing results for senior stakeholders.
- Preparing technical accounting papers and explaining complex issues clearly.
- Working with auditors, monitoring new standards, and contributing to process and control improvements.
You will need
- A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Experience in financial reporting, audit or financial control.
- A solid understanding of IFRS and technical accounting concepts.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail, good time‑management and a proactive approach.
