About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Campaign Assistant to join our Food Marketing Team – our team sits right at the heart of the business, driving customer and brand growth by creating and executing compelling reasons for customers to choose Tesco. The purpose of this role is to support our Campaign Managers to deliver marketing leading food campaigns Your mandate will be to support our Campaign Manager to plan and deliver our first in class food communication. You will be fully responsible for working with our channel, group communications, product and own brand functional teams

You will be responsible for
Supporting the Campaign Manager to deliver food campaigns that reach millions of customers.
Working with our strategic and creative agency, BBH, to develop comms against a brief and objectives.
Briefing and managing our Channel teams from In-Store to Content to translate a campaign through-the-line.
Collaborating with our Insight team to set objectives and measure campaign success and driving improvements.
End-to-end management of smaller campaigns and/or whole parts of larger campaigns.
Supporting with general campaign management, including briefs, briefings, meetings, and just generally helping the team.
Staying up to date with food campaigns and retail industry news to keep us on the front foot. Managing the team budget
