About the role

As a Commercial Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for onboarding and managing specific Partner accounts for the Clubcard Reward Partner scheme. This is a great opportunity if you’re passionate about customers and delivering best in market partnerships that drive engagement and loyalty.

You will be responsible for

  • Identify and deliver new partnership propositions that are relevant to customers and are commercially viable for both Tesco and Partners, aligning with our business needs
  • Nurture and grow Partner relationships to the benefit of both the Partner and the Clubcard scheme
  • Run the day-to-day management of your Partner accounts
  • Develop joint Clubcard and Partner business and marketing plans. 
  • Working with the wider Clubcard and Comms marketing teams to promote always-on and ad-hoc promotional Clubcard Partner propositions
  • Set and deliver both Customer and financial KPIs aligned to Clubcard and your targets and objectives
  • Take ownership and management of a key pillar for the success of the Reward Partner scheme e.g. communications, reporting

  • Commercial contract negotiation across medium to large businesses and brands
  • Building trusted and sustainable partnerships
  • Using data and insight to develop motivating propositions
  • Effective joint business planning and delivery of cross functional projects
  • Forecasting and cost management
  • Briefing marketing and comms activity
  • Stakeholder management throughout Tesco and Group companies
