About the role

As Marketing Executive for F&F Clothing, you will support the planning and execution of marketing activities to engage customers, drive brand awareness, and contribute to the success of the F&F Brand. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help deliver campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with Tesco’s brand values and business objectives.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, strong organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Clothing across all channels.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product and Buying teams to promote seasonal launches, product highlights, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Social Media and Content teams to ensure consistency in tone of voice and alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Coordinate campaign assets and approvals, ensuring all materials meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
  • Use customer insights and data to help refine marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in managing media schedules and tracking campaign performance.
  • Assist with marketing activities, including content coordination and campaign tracking.
  • Monitor budgets for specific projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports, consolidating key metrics and insights to share with stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

You will need

  • Previous experience in marketing or a related field, ideally for a retail or consumer brand.
  • Exposure to working with external agencies or creative teams.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign coordination.
  • Customer-focused, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team player, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, and in-store).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with project coordination and campaign tracking tools is a plus.
