About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Scan Assist Hub Operator to join our team within our security Hub in Daventry which supports our stores and helps us to ensure that we remain safe at all times. You will work within the Scan Assist Programme team, a hard working team who review CCTV, the Everseen Dashboard and data to identify suspicious activity for a number of stores and collate your findings into comprehensive case files.
You will support with conducting the initial triage of incidents and security risks, communicating with other collaborators in the Scan Assist Programme team and wider business to ensure the right level of response is delivered.
You will be responsible for
- Following our business code of conduct, always acting with integrity and due-diligence across your specific risk responsibilities
- Collaborating with dedicated teams as well as cross functional teams where applicable; co-operating with external partners and being the recognised, trusted expert of the process
- Presenting objectives, results and actions in the most effective, informative and simple way for the target audience
- Planning your own time, interpreting data effectively to ensure deadlines are reached
- Demonstrating good interpersonal skills and ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Demonstrating strong planning skills and developing realistic, well thought out plans and delivering against those plans
- Being focused, organised and a good communicator with the leadership skills to empower those around
- Effectively interacting with external suppliers to deliver process changes and training
- Identifying risks in your stores and crafting comprehensive case files for anything found
- Understanding the key risks in your stores from available reports
- Requesting additional data for evidence on certain types of cases
- Speaking to stores, Scan Assist Deployment Partners and Programme Team to gain additional insight
- Ensure you process data in a confidential and secure manner, always following Information Security policies
- Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data and case files
You will need
- Experience of a retail/stores or security environment
- Experience of data manipulation or CCTV review is desirable but not crucial
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- Proficient use of MS Office
