You will welcome all colleagues and visitors to Tesco head office. We are looking for somebody who will be proactive and manage the reception desk and reception waiting area following all company policies.
This will be a 12 Month Contract, Part - time 29 hours per week working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.
You will be responsible for
- Be the first point of contact for all colleagues and visitors arriving at head office facilities ensuring all are welcomed in a friendly and professional manner.
- All visitors are issued with a pass card and their hosts are contacted in a timely manner.
- The reception desk and waiting area remain clean and tidy at all times and any health and safety issues are addressed immediately.
- Answer all calls within 3-5 rings where possible.
- All equipment is operational, including but not limited to; digital screens.
- Maintaining adequate levels of consumable items pertaining to reception through regular audit and ordering.
- Managing Sharepoint, for my respective building, ensuring all information is up to date , such as visitors and fire wardens, first aiders, site plans, contact lists and local processes.
- Logging any issues related to reception and my building to Facilities Support Alerting security; when an alarm is activated, suspicious behaviour is observed or packages are left unattended.
- Completing additional tasks when requested by my manager to support the business. Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
