A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Healthy and Sustainable Diets Manager on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

At Tesco, we are committed to supporting the health of our customers and the planet, by helping our customers access healthy, sustainable, affordable and inspiring food. In this role, you will support this agenda by leading the project plan to deliver on our target to reach 65% Healthy Sales by the end of 2025, You will analyse problems, develop solutions, and manage end to end projects, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver our healthy and sustainable diets commitments.

You will be responsible for

  • Creating and delivering the project plan that supports the delivery of the “Healthy & Sustainable Diets” programme and commitments, including our current target to reach 65% Healthy Sales by the end of 2025
  • Help us create data-driven impact, by managing and improving the data used to track our performance against our health commitments
  • Collaborating across the business, particularly commercial, customer and insight teams to deliver our Healthy & Sustainable Diets strategy in an impactful way
  • Working with our ESG Finance team on external auditing of our health commitments, as well as supporting both internal and external reporting
  • Providing updates to key stakeholders on the delivery of the “Healthy & Sustainable Diets” programme across Tesco Group (including UK, Central Europe and Republic of Ireland)
  • Engaging with colleagues across the group to share best practice and learnings Identifying improvements that can be used to enhance the performance measurements tools that support the “Healthy & Sustainable Diets” programme
  • Forecasting and managing budgets effectively, always being cost conscious

You will need

  • Knowledge and interest in the key issues impacting Healthy & Sustainable Diets, including the Nutrient Profiling Model
  • Previous experience of working in cross-functional project delivery
  • Experience managing large data sets
