This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Project Manager within Commerical Product! You will be responsible for day to day management of the project, ensuring the agreed outcomes are delivered within budget and timelines.

You will be responsible for

  • Setting up governance forums by engaging key sponsors and subject matter experts.
  • Building project business cases (incl. agreeing scope and objectives) and identifying measures of success.
  • Managing key stakeholders and dependencies to establish ways of working and alignment of approaches.
  • Producing the initial project plan, subsequently tracking and reporting progress to the governance forum.
  • Supporting to map and record the future state of the process architecture.
  • Designing and implementing global simplification opportunities.
  • Setting up project/team budgeting, planning and deliverable creation processes.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Implementing projects on time and on budget.
  • Working closely with Change Managers to land change effectively and sustainably.
  • Managing the project team at the same time as supporting team member on the job learning.
  • Tracking project benefits after go-live against the original business case and measures of success.
  • Capturing lessons learned in conjunction with team members and other key stakeholders.
