As a Planning Administrator, you will support the PMO function within Business Support, to provide Portfolio of programmes, projects and products and ensure agreed processes, methodologies and policies are defined, communicated and adhered to ensuring we always serve customers, communities and the planet a little better every day.
You will be responsible for
- Working alongside the Deployment and Capability Manager and supporting them with the coordination of the Save to Invest programme
- Supporting the writing of governance papers and gathering information for these
- Supporting the Business Planning team in building and keeping Centre of Excellence relevant to all Business Support roles Building databases and continuously improving the PMO and our collaborators reporting and management suites
- Building, and continuously improving the PMO team and our partners SharePoint sites
- Preparing documentation and presentations and supporting the wider team when required with administration, project planning, data gathering, meeting set up and report preparation
- Becoming a subject matter authority on our tools and processes
- Engaging with other PMOs across the business to share standard methodology and continually improve processes
- Maintaining the team Inbox, invites and diary management
- Assisting with team building and continuous improvement workshops
You will need
- Previous experience in a similar project/planning or change based role supporting similar level of seniority
- Partner and virtual team management
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Financial acumen
- Excellent planning & interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Partner management and communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Meeting and diary management
- Working in a fast paced, changing environment
- Experience of working on change projects
- Project coordination/administration skills
