In this role I manage and deliver the Tesco Clubcard CRM programme which delivers a positive customer experience and drives long term loyalty.
You will be responsible for
- Managing and delivering campaigns to the defined Tesco Clubcard CRM strategy and to support delivery of the Customer team objectives.
- Executing and operating campaigns successfully and effectively
- Delivering a test and learn programme to gain knowledge and insight to continuously improve the CRM programs
- Measuring the effectiveness of each campaign and the long term loyalty effect Forcasting, optimising and tracking the investment across the Tesco Clubcard CRM campaigns
- Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the Tesco Clubcard CRM programme
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
