Tesco Property Maintenance are looking for hardworking and efficient Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Property Maintenance Team! You will be responsible for
- Implementing the Property strategy to pursue the buyback of store assets sold either through JVs or individually to investors
- Work in detail to identify and analyse assets for buyback, track in the market, complete transactional due diligence
- Providing general investment analysis and advice of assets and portfolios, maintaining market knowledge
- Project management, liaising with property advisors and agents
- Deal making to deliver relative to the ambitions of the Property strategy.
- Fulfilling future requirements for office acquisition subject to LTP approval which will benefit the customer and profit through operational efficiency in the future.
- Delivering a full professional service in respect of rent reviews, lease renewals & re-gears for large stores, logistics and office properties to seek to remain within the allocated annual rent budget
- Collaborating widely both within and outside of my direct team and the business to take people with me.
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.

You will need
- RICS Qualifications (MRICS)
- Experience working on a Landlord and Tenant capacity
- Building & Maintaining supplier relationships
- Budget Management & Property Market knowledge
- Influencing and negotiation Skills
- Leadership of External Stakeholders
- Experience in business improvement
- Knowledge of Assets & Estates functions
- Experience of using data and report writing
