Marketplace is a brand-new online venture for Tesco, designed to give our customers the opportunity to use our website to shop for a wide range of third-party products in addition to the groceries they already know and love. You will be responsible for

  • Supporting the delivery of the onsite trade plan and customer journey for Marketplace, to deliver a robust, relevant and engaging trade plan across a broad range of categories
  • Co-ordinating with the GHS trade team, design, and publishing teams to drive an aligned customer content journey across Web and App, particularly through key events and campaigns.
  • Owning specific event briefs end-to-end, from range nominations, execution, optimisation and review.
  • Making data led decisions to optimise trading content from clicks to conversion - E2E understanding of content performance and making the necessary changes to optimise further in the future.
  • Daily and weekly review of content performance and communicating to the Marketplace Leadership team.
  • Working closely with the Marketplace Operations and Search and Browse teams, to ensure all Marketplace products are discoverable and appear in the relevant taxonomy locations across the site.
  • Pro-actively seek and own new or improved trading opportunities through all onsite and offsite tools. Feeding in to digital product and technology teams to shape roadmap design.

  • Workflow process tools (Jira/Miro)
