About the role

The primary focus of this role will be Project Manager for the Distribution Network Development Programme, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of automation and infrastructure projects. This will involve working collaboratively across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress towards key objectives.
Please be aware this role is based in our Daventry Support Office.
You will be responsible for
- Responsible for the projects, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and the service delivery model.
- Ensuring the delivery of objectives and functional priorities, manage dependencies and deliver measurable improvements in line with Save to Invest targets supporting to make our Depots to be safer more efficient and improve Store service.
- Delivering workload through ruthless prioritisation of time and resources.
- Owning the delivery of process and systems, making sure they’re effective and efficient.
- Being responsible for designing, setting up end to end organisation of projects, consistently reviewing progress and ensuring they remain on track and in scope.
- Ensuring all budgets and forecasts are accurate and highlighted in a timely manner.
- Managing risk and issues, setting up and leading a clear governance programme.
You will need
- Project Management experience.
- Critical thinking and analytical rigour experience.
- Presentation skills including Microsoft Office Systems.
- Financial awareness.
- Depot & Store Operations Experience.
