About the role

A Technical Programme Manager collaborates with all teams, creates plans, manages technical risks, communicates with partners, and coordinates technical aspects of projects.

There’ll be lots of opportunities to get stuck in. From managing plans and working collaboratively with colleagues across the globe to real projects where you’ll be supported with training to develop your programme skills.

You could be planning the rollout of our new checkouts to 2000+ stores, co-ordinating the development of a new payroll system or working on the development of brand-new mobile apps for our customers. Technology continues to change the face of retail and ours leads the way.

 

You will be responsible for

You'll be at the heart of our decision making and your goal will be to plan, co-ordinate and roll-out technology solutions in a safe and sustainable way. You'll work collaboratively with multiple teams across Technology and the business to find the best solutions for our customers, including communicating, planning and delivering them effectively. You'll ensure our solutions align to strategic goals, manage risks, create plans and track progress, working with software engineers and partners.

We're looking for graduates with a technical understanding, which will be assessed during the application process. We’re looking for people with the ability to tackle diverse challenges whilst working collaboratively with their team.
