About the role

Ready to take your career to new heights? We are seeking an outstanding Merchandising professional to join our world-class team based in our head office in Welwyn Garden City. We are looking for someone to help develop the F+F Brand online. You will be responsible for

Stock Forecasting and Movement:

  • Predict inbound, outbound, and returned stock needs
  • Coordinate product movement to third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Support with setting distribution forecasts to ensure product availability.

Online Stock Placement:

  • Provide stock availability for online sales.
  • Align with commercial targets for Online while balancing store stock needs:

Commercial Stock Provision:

  • Coordinate stock replenishment.
  • Liaise with teams for online content placement and event launch.

Customer Fulfilment:

  • Lead all aspects of dispatch through couriers.
  • Facilitate Click & Collect in future stores.

Order and Returns Management:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling orders and returns.
  • Collaborate with customer experience centres (CEC) and 3PL partners.

Automation Support:

  • Assist in automating processes at the Daventry location, aligned with the live store model.

You will need

Skills required:

Good written and verbal communication skills

Logical and methodical organisation management

Maintain excellent technical skills on all distribution operating systems
