You will be responsible for

  • Creating dynamic commercial artworks which can be used across our nightwear and underwear products.
  • Providing design, product development and sampling support to keep the team running efficiently.
  • Conduct customer and competitor research to influence designs, build reports to share with the design team in meetings. You'll also contribute to the department's design direction, being proactive in identifying core lines, key statements and colours to drive sales.
  • Understanding best and worst lines to influence seasonal strategy and innovative product opportunities.
  • Supporting your Design manager in designing creative, trend-led collections.
  • Supporting the delivery of 'must haves' and seasonal/trend products for our customer.
  • Assisting your manager by designing the accurate number of options to meet the needs of the department. You'll also compile brief packs to achieve 'right first time' quality buying samples.
