You will be responsible for
- I investigate complex queries that require in depth investigation raised by stores that are raised via the TBS Retail Helpdesk.
- I ensure queries on Zendesk are updated and responded to professionally and in a timely manner
- I am an escalation point for the TBS Retail Helpdesk where store queries are not being resolved by SOPs
- In the absence of my line manager, I am the point of contact for TBS Retail Helpdesk for issues effecting multiple stores, and I am responsible for deciding the actions to be taken including the communications required to the business /stores.
- I escalate issues I can’t resolve to my team leader or relevant colleagues / departments so that issues can be resolved quickly.
- I provide support and assistance to Retail Field Managers or any colleagues from the wider business with queries relevant to the stores
- I gather data from stores or systems to help provide the information for myself or my Manager to make decisions – this may include outbound calls
- I ensure I keep up to date with all store procedures, operations and up to date on latest retail communications to stores
- I constantly look for ways to simplify existing store processes share these ideas with my line manager
- I manage the stores routine pad ensuring it is accurately updated.
- I liaise with for any ‘parts’ queries raised after the request has been placed with the parts team.
- I collate “bookwork” which is passed to Post room for sending to stores
- I create ‘store in a box’ for new stores in line with the pipeline.
- I provide support if needed on Customer Service queries
- I action and resolve insurance queries in a timely and accurate manner which have been raised by solicitors, claims handlers, stores, customers or retail management
- I use One Stop systems and liaise with other departments or store teams to obtain relevant information and collate evidence to allow the processing of insurance claims.
- I ensure that GDPR and data security regulations are complied with across ever element of my role.
- I carry out various administration roles for our head of retail operations to assist in their day-to-day movements, this will include but is not limited to, route planning, hotel booking, expenses and various other tasks
Skills
- In depth knowledge of the store EPOS system + the companies' cash and stock procedures
- Effective Communication skills
- Analysing & Decision-Making skills and a good problem solver
- PC Literate including excel,
