About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Group Security & Business Resilience team, working across Tesco to identify fraud risks and associated controls. You will be responsible for analysing the controls to ensure appropriate risk scores are applied.

You will be responsible for

  • Working closely with the Head of Fraud Risk Management to undertake the transformation and development of the Fraud Risk Management programme.
  • Responsible for the risk assessment and management process across all Tesco Business Units, ensuring their compliance with the Group Fraud Risk Management Blueprint.
  • Identifying emerging fraud trends and risks and assessing any impact to the Tesco business.
  • Work with Group Risk to ensure enterprise wide methodology is considered and to manage any movement in Fraud risk.
  • Oversee fraud risk control framework, working with Tesco Business Services and Internal Audit to align on testing and assurance plans.
  • Providing reporting and insight into various Group Governance Committees on material Fraud risks.

You will need

  • Fraud Risk SME
  • Risk Assessment / Management Controls mapping
  • Testing and assurance experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
