You will be responsible for
- I am responsible for the production of year end statutory accounts. This requires knowledge of both IFRS and UK GAAP.
- I am the key contact for the external auditors working closely with Finance team to complete the annual audit.
- I advise on financial reporting issues and support the year end processes
- Responsible for posting monthly Intercompany transactions and processing invoices in line with group policy and processes.
- I complete Group financial reporting, which requires me to work across company boundaries and systems
- I assist in controlling the integrity of all balance sheets ensuring Group Best Practice is adhered to.
- I am focused on solutions, constantly working to ensure that all statutory submissions are on time, accurate and compliant.
- I actively engage with senior staff to gain a good understanding of the business
- Ad hoc project work to support senior management.
- I ensure I am up to date with changes to UK GAAP and IFRS financial reporting frameworks.
