About the role

As Resourcing Manager, you'll lead 3 Recruiters who are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for Property, Maintenance, Business Support & Tesco Mobile, ensuring KPIs are achieved and that candidates have a positive experience.  You'll support and facilitate the vacancy demand for both specialist and high volume roles.

The Hiring Manager for this vacancy is Lisa Knight.

You will be responsible for

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process for my function and highlighting process improvements
  • Using my resourcing expertise to solve resourcing challenges and coach functional teams on resourcing best practices
  • Using data, insights and resource planning to enhance recruitment performance
  • Partnering with my function(s) by designing & delivering resource strategy/plan and ensuring talent pipeline solutions are built
  • Providing my team with the training they need to do their jobs and development through timely feedback
  • Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best
  • Tracking and reporting of KPIs and ensuring my team is hitting their targets
  • Ensure the most appropriate assessment tools are utilised for recruiting the best candidates in the market 
  • Manage the relationships with 3rd party suppliers (advertising, media) and encourage new innovative ideas
  • Develop and deliver EVP messaging through attraction channels including Social Media and professional networking platforms
