We are looking for a product manager who has a proven track record, ideally in fulfilment, across both Front (e.g. Colleague & Management Applications) and the Backend which drives them (e.g. API, business logic & algorithms). If that sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for

  • Understand key user personas for the product and their pain points.
  • Understand and demonstrate the features of the product to different audiences within and outside of the immediate team
  • Drives experiments against defined hypothesis which enables robust data-driven decisions on product improvements and influences product objectives
  • Engage in product discovery to establish minimum viable product (MVP) for your products, collaborating with user experience (UX) and engineering teams to prototype and validate the solution.
  • Understand how to utilise data science and machine learning to deliver outcomes at scale
  • Provide leadership and direction to cross functional team(s)
  • Drive the acceptance and adoption of ideas and improvements with product teams and engineering stakeholders
  • Effectively outline and explain new product needs to the engineering team using user stories with personas and acceptance tests and help the team in breaking down complex work into smaller, deliverable chunks of value.
  • Steer sprint/ release planning sessions by collaborating with engineering counterparts to plan sprints/ releases that deliver maximum business value in least effort
  • This role will best suit an individual who enjoys working as part of a team, is well organised, pragmatic and a lateral thinker with a curious mind who is motivated to challenge the status quo, make change for the better and, most importantly, puts our customers first.

You will need

  • Product Management experience in a B2B and/or Fulfilment environment
  • Experience in building Front End products (e.g. Colleague & Management Apps) and Back End products (e.g. APIs, business logic or algorithms).
  • Experience defining workflow management tools to create operational efficiency in enterprise scale systems
  • Proven track record of owning Problem Statements/Opportunities and achieving committed Outcomes
  • Proven ability to solve business problems through discovery and hypothesis driven approach
