About the role

You will develop great quality, value and innovative products for customers, from concept through to launch.

You will be responsible for

  • Ensuring all our products and packaging are formulated in line with our product rules, corporate initiatives and brand guidelines
  • Following the critical path and artwork process using using myProduct
  • Develop effective stakeholder management and communication to ensure all products are launched on time
  • Delivering the strategic plan for your area
  • Ensuring our products are always great quality by regularly reviewing and reformulating them where needed
  • Visiting our supplier partners to understand their production capabilities for future opportunities
  • Keeping updated with trends in product & packaging, competitor activity & market dynamics & sharing with my team
  • Being an advocate for Tesco & sharing your expertise and passion for product though actively participating in events 

You will need

  • A passion for product & trends
  • Experience of working in the food industry or formal qualification

Operational skills;
