About the role

Support the Lead Analytics Manager in the delivery of actionable insight, partnering stakeholders to understand performance ensuring we serve customers, communities, and the planet a little better everyday. I drive change and am willing to stretch and develop myself and have a reputation for excellent results. By communicating honestly, openly, and persuasively and taking time to listen, I am an ambassador for building trust-based relationships, working collaboratively to come up with simple, effective solutions for customers and colleagues. You will be responsible for

  • Preparing the weekly summary e-mail for the Online Leadership Teams trade meeting, liaising with subject matter experts in the Online team and presenting an abridged version of Online performance in the Team 5.
  • Supporting the Lead and Senior Analysts to improve the business partnering model with the Operational Excellence teams, catering to their analytical needs. Building relationships with key stakeholders across the Online Fulfilment teams. 
  • Owning data briefs from Online stakeholders (analytical partner team, line manager or senior team members), agreeing the analytical approach with my line manager and delivering accurate, timely insight and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Following ways of working guidelines including those on documenting my analytical approach, code and outputs clearly,sense checking and peer reviewing and sharing work back with stakeholders.
  • Keeping up to date with and share relevant competitor news with wider team. I engage with the Online analytics community to share and learn.
  • Making use of existing dashboards and self serve tools for BAU and trial reporting when I can and direct Online stakeholders to these.
  • Comfortable in using my initiative and working independantly to deliver high work to a consistently high standard.

  • Ability to follow through data issues from flagging to resolution.

Experience relevant for this job: 

  •  Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) to manipulate and share data in a clear and visually appealing way
  • SQL or other coding/programming experience highly preferable
  • Tableau experience desirable
