About the role
In this role as Capability Associate, you'll support the team to deliver technical and behavioural learning for their teams aligned to the evolving needs of the business and colleagues, by curating and delivering a simple and engaging world class learning offer.
The Hiring Manager for this vacancy is Stacey Marshall.
You will be responsible for
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Building great working relationships internally and externally and champion our L&D offer at all times; a key part of the Capability brand
- Using my knowledge and expertise to make sure the learning content my teams deliver is a simple, relevant and inspiring and aligned to the Capability strategy
- Supporting the capability partners to maintain their catalogue of learning, ensuring it's accurate and up to date, working with TBS to update any relevant materials and contributing to keeping us safe and legal from a technical learning standpoint. (e-learning, page tigers, information portals etc)
- Supporting tracking spending against the capability budget and highlighting risks and opportunities to wider capability team
- Working with the governance teams to ensure work is priortised according to our strategic priorities and following capability governance principles.
- Working closely with UK and TBS design teams to hand-over and project manage completion of projects to a world class standard
