You will be responsible for

Assist in creating a strategic plan for a complex super fast-moving category including line management of seasonal focussed areas, to deliver better for customers and simpler for stores.

Work cross functionally to ensure customer perception consistently improves and our plans/initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently and on time.

Understand market competition and identify new opportunities.

Create a promotional plan that is best in class and appeals to our customers. Including 1st to market innovation and initiatives – working with the wider group to deliver PO5 initiatives.

Deliver the financial targets of the business whilst consistently improve our range to our customers – managing price competitively whilst managing profitability inline with deadlines

Collaboration with our supplier partners to develop and deliver Buy Move Sell plans for the business and customers following GSCOP principles and our core values – delivering E2E efficiencies and initiative as well as contingency plans when needed.

Work cross functionally with the wider team including retail, marketing and online to ensure we build and present plans which are right for stores and is simple to execute

Work with supply chain to deliver best route to market, improve availability, reduce waste and understand MOQ impacts. Understanding phasing plans linked to seasonal areas to create deliverable plans.

Ensure projects are reviewed and deliver my objectives – identifying route cause of problems, offering other solutions.

Ask for and action feedback. Have a personal development plan for my behavioural and technical needs.

I manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers including new legislation compliance (HFSS)
