You will be responsible for

END TO END SHOOT PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

  • Own and manage F&F shoot critical paths end to end
  • Deliver all pre-production and production phases working alongside creative agency
  • Manage usage for imagery across paid and owned shoots
  • Deliver the carnet documents for any necessary shoots
  • Manage end to end lifecycle of all imagery including required sign off
  • Accountable for production, retouch and Next budgets
  • Communicate all imagery to internal stakeholders in line with critical path
  • Be the ‘go to’ person for all brand photography image requests across the business
  • Keep up to date with competitors’ activity to keep ahead in the market

IMAGE REQUIREMENT PLANNING

  • Create shot lists for all paid and owned channel deliverables
    • Supports the key messages from Strategy Manager
    • Covers necessary deliverables needed across marketing.
  • Lead the product team relationship; from briefing to product sign off relating to all shoots

SAMPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Manage samples for all shoots with support of assistants
    • Manage end to end logistics of samples across seasons
    • Responsible for all product info sheets

IMAGE CREATION

  • Populate content briefs with Strategy manager
  • I understand our F&F customer and can ensure the images stay on brand
  • Work with agency to ensure creative concept, models, crew and location select are on brand for all shoots
  • On set, check product and liaise with Stylist to check everything is present and correct
  • Work alongside agency on set to ensure imagery being captured fits the correct crops, correctly reflects the concept and number of shots of captured as efficiently as possible
  • Drive shoot day efficiencies through comprehensive knowledge to ensure high-speed quality shoots.
  • Trouble-shoot at shoots e.g. spot sample mistakes
  • Responsible for delivery of all cut out images from internal photo studio
  • Responsible for delivery of all ecomm model shots for Next.com
  • Responsible for model select for ecomm

POST-PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

  • Manage image select process with agency
  • Manage post-production of all still and video content alongside agency
  • Mark up retouch notes for still images managing end to end process of all retouch
  • Retouch images when necessary
  • Sign off all cut out images in line with critical path

CONTENT PLANNING & DELIVERY

  • Create and deliver content plan for each seasonal phase, including a phase chart and deadlines
  • Write and deliver copy brief that includes all key product messages, prices and call outs
  • Manage delivery of content page imagery and copy, ensuring copy is kept in line with brand tone of voice
  • Create and artwork seasonal content, working with wider Marketing team e.g. lookbooks, mailers and Tesco magazine imagery
