You will be responsible for

I assist my manager in all areas within the Finance Function for the Franchises division. This will include:
•Assisting in the preparation of franchise invoices and statements
•Preparation and entry of journals, including accruals and prepayments 
•Action customers queries within agreed timescales
•Assisting in the preparation and completion of commercial claims
•Assisting in the reconciliation of source system data
•Producing timely and accurate financial reports as required
•Helping to prepare balance sheet reconciliations
•Assisting with preparation of weekly, monthly and annual accounts
