About the role

You will plan and implement the top line budgets across Region, Country and Channel, ensuring that sales, profit and stock management KPI's are delivered in line with the company strategy.

You will be responsible for

  • Setting the commercial budget at Country, Region Channel and Aligning divisional targets with top line KPI's
  • Managing WSSI that ensure sales, margin and stock targets are met across all regions, Countries and channels.
  • Managing commercial forecast with the finance team understanding and managing impact to P&L
  • Managing roll up of divisional forecast and manage the gap to top line forecast
  • Highlighting risk & opportunities
  • Managing commitment to ensure operational efficiency and stock targets are met.
  • Managing of intake margin and markdown and promotions
  • Understanding the impact of exchange rate variation to the the margin
  • Understanding and managing multi channel strategy and its impact across the channels
  • Setting price architecture to ensure completive price position in all markets, that supports delivery of margin target
  • Leading Trade at Region / Country ensuring appropriate action are followed through
  • Simplifying ways of working across channels and countries now globalised
  • Delivering insight to the commercial teams
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
  • Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best

You will need

  • Extensive merchandising experience in commercial merchandising
  • Multi-channel experience
  • Appreciation and understanding of range and trade planning
