About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with us here at Tesco for a Executive Reward Analyst to join the team.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for carrying out data research, analysis and presentation of benchmarking data in relation to salary and benefits. As Reward Analyst, the work you do will contribute towards implementing Reward initiatives aligned to the long-term People Plan and business goals for Tesco.
This role would suit someone who has a good knowledge of executive remuneration, incentive structures and remuneration reporting, as well as a sound understanding of survey methodologies.
You will be responsible for
- Being the Executive Reward in-house subject matter expert supporting the reward management of senior colleagues
- Providing support as required to the RemCo with papers and remuneration insight on the wider workforce
- Supporting the annual delivery of the directors' remuneration report and pay disclosures
- Managing the Reward Database for senior colleagues across the Group
- Assisting with the design of pay and incentive schemes to ensure the remuneration structure is market-competitive
- Designing, building and implementing analytical models using people and market data to forecast costs, identifying issues and impacts
- Preparing management information and reporting, working with relevant teams to ensure the integrity of data sources. Delivering outstanding quality insight and analysis to make strategic and tactical recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Supporting the delivery of the annual Reward Cycle for the Executive population including salary review, bonus and other Reward initiatives
- Completing Executive salary survey submissions
- Supporting with Reward proposals for senior hires, moves and promotions
- Assisting with ad-hoc and change projects throughout the year
You will need
- Data analysis and modelling; managing and manipulation of large complex data sets
- Knowledge of executive remuneration, incentive structures and remuneration reporting
- Sound understanding of survey methodologies
- Delivering Reward initiatives including annual salary review and bonus processes, job evaluation, benchmarking and information management
