About the role

Our team of over 1,000 product quality colleagues across the world make sure that the sourcing, production and handling of each product meets our stringent policies and standards.

You will be responsible for

  • Ensuring products in your area are safe, legal, responsibly sourced and meet the product specification
  • Driving technical and factory standards within the supply base
  • Being the ‘go to’ technical person for your product area within the business
  • Managing change.  Working with the supply base to deliver new ways of working against agreed timelines
  • Management of technical KPIs.  Delivery of continuous quality improvement through development of strong of joint quality plans
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to minimise risk and take out unnecessary cost
  • Ensuring required due diligence documentation is in place and maintained
  • Ensuring that our product labelling is legal and the information provided is factually correct
  • Monitoring quality and customer feedback.  Implementing actions to resolve issues raised
  • Management and reduction of customer complaints.  Responding to technical queries 
  • Incident management
  • Supporting the new product development process.  Inputting on factory process and technical & regulatory requirements
  • Working with the natural work team on the development of supplier strategy to identify and develop the best suppliers and ingredient sources
  • Ensuring suppliers are up-to-date on their technical and ethical audits.  Agreeing action plans to drive improvement
  • Ad-hoc representation on cross functional/external working groups
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
