About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an E-mail Production Executive to join the Marketing Communications team.
You will be responsible for working with stakeholders throughout the business to create, build and deploy email campaigns as required.
This is an exciting time to join the team. This role would suit someone who has previously operated in a E-mail/Campaign role and who can bring enthusiasm and ambition to grow and develop their career.
You will be responsible for
- Writing technically excellent email briefs and manage the creative process, including QA.
- Maintaining strong relationships with HSC team in order to successfully schedule and deploy email campaigns
- Managing external agency relationships in line with email campaigns as required
- Using channel expertise to offer insight and direction to comms planning and other stakeholders
- Monitoring campaign performance and effectiveness
- Working alongside other direct marketing experts as follows:
1. Testing and optimisation manager to effectively test and learn to drive improvements in campaigns
2. Development manager to utilise best in class coding techniques and real time technologies
3. Data, science and personalisation to define and scope audience targeting

You will need
- Experience of end to end briefing, development, deployment, analysis and reporting of email campaigns
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels
- Experience of ESP's and campaign platforms
