You will be responsible for

• Reporting into the Buying Manager for Grocery - Non Food. The key focus for this role is to drive sales and profit through strategic planning of the Grocery - Non Food category.
• You will deliver the seasonal plan on time and in full
• You will assist with delivering the Category growth plan, sales and margin 
• You will spend time in Stores each week reviewing competitor analysis
• You will optimise the proposition for both colleagues and customers through Range Management and Category Planning
• You will work cross functionally across all business streams to deliver business initiatives

You will need

• Excellent communication skills is essential
• Strong relationship skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Numerate
• Good negotiation skills
• Computer literate
• Confident
• Be a highly motivated individual
• Experience in a commercial environment is desirable but not essential
• Not afraid of change
