You will be responsible for

  • Delivering administration tasks and data entry within the people function
  • Maintaining the recruitment system to ensure great candidate care
  • Conduct new starter inductions and training
  • Support the management team in collating information required for people meetings 
  • Liaising with external suppliers to support colleague training programmes
  • Following company policies and adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Championing the reduction of food waste
  • Being knowledgeable about the products and services in my store and helping customers by giving great natural service

You will need

  • To be able to build strong long lasting relationships with colleagues and managers, creating trust through confidentiality and delivery
  • Computer literate with basic understanding of word, excel and power point
  • Feel confident to present to groups and engage with stakeholders of different levels
  • Clear, adaptable communication skills
  • Ability to organise through prioritising daily and weekly tasks
  • Energy and drive to deliver beyond expectations, whilst always looking for newideas and opportunities
  • A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
  • The ability to create rapport with customers, meaning they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip
  • To take the initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
  • Be at work on time, properly presented ready to be a brand ambassador
