You will be responsible for

Ownership of the online assortment, including product information, photography, taxonomy, category information, website merchandising and product website search management. Also ensures compliance with online pricing strategy.

Work with the wider Customer team to deliver the online content strategy based on customer and competitive insights, brand strategy and e-commerce goals and initiatives, and continuously test changes to determine impact to the overall customer experience and conversion.

Work with Product team to review category performance and refine online product range based on overall sales/ ROS and profitability, deliver plans to optimise seasonal events and commercialisation of the platform.

Consistently review conversion optimisation of functionality and product performance across the website and with third party platform providers.

Responsible for co-managing relationships with website platform agency and third party service providers to resolve issues, implement initiatives and drive the development roadmap.

Monitor site to ensure assortment, product categorisation, product pricing and taxonomy maximizes sales and are effectively presented to all customer groups across all categories and channels.

Consistently review product sales and store behaviour spotting opportunities to optimise, including impacts of out of stocks and platform down time.

Partner with the wider Customer team to develop campaign and evergreen content including photography, page layouts, and navigation to support category directives and strategies.

Work with the third party suppliers to create content performance analysis; analyse user behaviour, site metrics and relate findings to sales/site performance. Recommend strategies for future based upon findings.

Work with suppliers to drive income into site unlocking new opportunities.

Produce accurate and actionable data based on real time performance.

Ensure daily and weekly performance data is analysed and that reporting deadlines are met to maintain high levels of customer experience.

 Deliver authoritative analysis and problem solving, defining clear root cause analysis and resolution pathways.

You will need

Technical Skills

•At least 2 years experience in online retail environment

•Strong digital and ecommerce knowledge

•Proficient in analysing large data sets

•Ability to manage numerous stakeholders

•Understand and articulate customer journeys

•Intermediate level of commercial acumen

Qualifications

•Ideally degree educated in  marketing with web speciality

•Proficient in CMS/ experience with online portals

•Understanding of HTML

•Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
