About the role

As Online Operations Executive you will maintain and drive change to the customer experience on UK & ROI Online Grocery to ensure customers are receiving the best online journey possible.

You will be responsible for

• Work closely with the commercial teams to ensure we have great product data and imagery
• Manage the life cycle of products on site to ensure they are set up promptly, in the correct location, and removed from the site in the correct way when discontinued
• Ensuing the smooth operational execution of events on site by setting up products, optimising search & substitutions, and working with fulfilment teams to improve availability
• Be the point of contact for live queries on the website, root cause and resolve in a timely manner. Working closely with CEC to help support live issues, along with Technical questions and feedback received from the customer 
• Support Product owners by providing ideas & opportunities to innovate and develop current capabilities
• Focus on process improvement and automation opportunities - documenting all processes and workflows
• Analyse data (online metrics, sales data, fulfilment data & customer feedback) to identify issues and opportunities, and implement changes 
• Walk the aisles to ensure that the customer shopping trip is right for the customer
 

You will need

- Strong Stakeholder management and engagement skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point);
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills;
- Root Cause Analysis and an eye for detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Data literate (SQL proficiency desirable)

- Background in online retail;
- Experience using product or content management systems
- Experience of process improvement
- Experience using and analysing different data sources to make decisions
