Hours of work: Rotating shifts 06:00 - 16:00 / 12:00 - 22:00

You will be responsible for
- Manage a team and area of responsibility, ensuring the best possible level of customer service is given whilst consistently achieving or outperforming the KPI’s.
- Manage daily/weekly operational challenges as required by direct communication with the Operations Manager, Shift Managers, and Transport Shift Managers.
- Manage, monitor and review DC Health & Safety performance ensuring that all of the team actively contribute towards achieving a positive Health & Safety culture within the DC ensuring all moral, legal and financial controls are in place to the correct standard as sited in the H&S policy.
- Ensure site security systems and processes are 100% compliant, with all call out and escalation list/processes up to date.
- Awareness of the sites stock/shrink position by working directly with the Inventory Controller.
- Leading team development requirements in areas of Induction, Training, Performance, and coaching
You will need
Whilst being ready to roll up your sleeves and do what’s needed to put our customers at the heart of everything we do, as part of the One Stop & Tesco family, you’ll need to:

- Have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Inspire, engage and coach your team to deliver excellent service
- Work with your team to achieve KPI’s and exceed them where possible
- Lead and have accountability for your team and area
- Make sure our products reach the right stores, on time and in great condition
- Play your part in making sure customers can buy the product they want when they want
- Ideally have experience of working within a warehouse environment but this is not essential
