What’s in it for you

We want people from diverse backgrounds at every level of our business, so we’re launching our Business Diversity internship to ensure we attract talent to our business that we can nurture and grow. This paid, 10-week programme over the summer will give you real-life experience in a key area of our business.

It’s an exciting opportunity and definitely more than just experience - we’re counting on you to support our customers’ needs and to work with trusted partners to help serve our customers, communities and the planet a little better every day. You’ll need to work collaboratively across our teams and wider business to deliver a project, building valuable skills to support your future career.

You’ll be encouraged to try new things, push yourself and learn from mistakes while you get hands-on experience. You’ll have access to a wide variety of workshops and resources, online or at our on-site training academy, to help you develop skills like presenting with confidence and effective influencing, as well as looking after your wellbeing. And don’t worry, you’ll be supported throughout your 10-week internship by your manager and your buddy.

About the role

Throughout your internship, you’ll be encouraged to develop skills and gain experience that will support you in your future career. You’ll also receive valuable feedback on how you’ve performed during your 10 weeks to help understand your strengths and areas to develop further.

Based in our Head office in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, you’ll either be supporting a key project or business area, making a positive difference to our customers, colleagues and communities.

We’ll kick off with an induction, where you’ll learn more about our business and your programme. It’s a great opportunity for you to meet your new team, so you can get to know more about your role or project and the area you’ll be working in.

A successful internship with us can guarantee you an interview for our Business graduate programme when you graduate - before you’ve even started your final year of study!
