About the role

Tesco Maintenance are currently looking to recruit a Refrigeration Maintenance Manager to be based in the London and Home Counties area. At Tesco, our stores and offices couldn’t function without the support of our Maintenance Team. A Maintenance Manager is an integral part of this team, leading a team to deliver exceptional service to customer across the wider business. Working collaboratively with Area Maintenance Managers, the Refrigeration Maintenance Manager helps ensures the business can continue to deliver its promise of serving Britain’s shoppers a little better every day.

You will be responsible for

  • Delivering great standards across the estate.
  • Putting community customer and colleague’s welfare at the heart of everything. 
  • Building effective relationships and communication across all functions and with key stakeholders.

  • Delivering great results with year-on-year improvement.

  • Maintenance delivery of circa 45 Stores
  • Selection, retention, performance, and development of circa 16 Multi Skilled Maintenance Technicians
  • Maximising the internal delivery of maintenance works
  • £1.5 million Budget.
  • All operational costs for team
