About the role

The Communications Content Manager for Tesco Maintenance, will curate, structure and build supporting operational content for the launch of a new help platform. They will have previous experience of building content management plans. Working as part of the wider Communication and Engagement team they will also have writing experience and also be expected to author other communications content as needed. They also forge clear two-way communication and feedback frameworks that allow both the retail and maintenance teams visibility and understanding of key business initiatives by working cross functionally with the business support office and Maintenance Leadership Team who deliver these changes.

You will be responsible for

  • Delivering a content strategy for a dedicated reference platform
  • Simplifying messaging so that reference content and materials clearly link to the wider communication strategy
  • Implementing sustainability measures so that content is simple, helpful and continually kept updated
  • Building effective relationships and communicating clearly with stakeholders, managing expectations where required
  • Communicating with Maintenance Leadership Team and the wider business team
  • Networking with key members of Store Leadership Team to ensure clearer and simpler management of issues
  • Building a great trusted relationship with key stakeholders
