About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Brand Manager to join the Chilled prepared team (soups, pasta, desserts, pizza). This role will see the successful candidate play a part in delivering the customer plan for the mealtime pillars so being customer led, having an innovative mindset and an understanding of the role our brands play for our customers is key to this role.
This is a great role, within a fast-paced marketing department with lots of opportunity for career development and exposure.
You will be responsible for
- Supporting the strategic planning process for my category building pipelines and platforms for growth.
- Brief insight, execution (communication) and design teams to bring propositions to life and as brand champion, ensure good implementation of brand guidelines
- Supporting the creation of compelling and insight led concepts using the Tesco Customer team way tools.
- Working with cross-functional teams within the milestone process to turn concepts into propositions across the 6P's.
- Constantly monitoring customer and category metrics in my area, pro-actively identifying issues and opportunities.
- Developing strong relationships with natural work teams, and key stake holders both internally and externally.
- Ensuring product samples are available for photo shoots and press events.
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
