About the role

As a Reporting and Analytics Associate Product Manager, you will support designing and delivering reports, dashboards and analysis through future phases of the People Transformation Programme.

Working with the Reporting & Analytics Product Manager, you will deliver to the People Transformation roadmap alongside colleagues in Technology.

You will be responsible for

Supporting the Reporting and Analytics Product Manager to roll out the Oracle HCM Cloud reporting tools to the remaining business areas as part of the People Transformation Programme.
Identifying and capturing key user requirements from new business areas.
Documenting all requirements as Epics and Stories within JIRA, so that they can be tracked across the programme.
Completing Impact Assessments for the Reporting Team and informing other Product areas of their potential impact to reporting.
Working through programme quality gates, from idea, to detailed requirements, so that engineering are clear and can deliver quality output.
Supporting with reporting processes, ensuring any changes to existing products does not lead to any reporting gaps.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders who are new to Oracle HCM Cloud reporting.
Partnering with the engineering team and other Product areas to support Product delivery
Support with driving a self-serve Reporting & Analytics culture at Tesco
Partnering with data governance owners to ensure validation tools are valid for new business areas.
Continuous development of own reporting and analytics capability, utilising learning, networks and latest thinking in this field

You will need

Product experience using Oracle HCM Cloud
Experience of working in a People/HR function
Strong communicator and excellent stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of people analytics, people KPIs and proficient in excel as well as other Microsoft applications
Experience working in a Product or Technology background
Experience with using JIRA is desirable
Critical thinking and ability to translate complex data into business action

Operational skills;

Ability to manage own workload able to meet deadlines/commitments in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with multiple teams to deliver projects, often across time zones
Good technical knowledge balanced with deep business understanding
Building a partnership approach to working with business teams
