About the role

In this role you will be responsible for validating supplier data to deliver a smooth supplier induction process.

You will be responsible for

  • Acting as the direct liaison for new suppliers seeking administrative support on Tesco process, compliance and maintaining complete confidentiality.
  • Facilitating supplier induction through full end to end process.
  • Being the link between Commercial, Suppliers and Master Data Management teams to ensure smooth implementation of supplier induction process.
  • Collate and quality assure supplier documentation, working collaboratively with Commercial, Suppliers and Master Data Management.
  • Maintaining key databases linked to each supplier to ensure smooth implementation of supplier induction process.
  • Seeking to improve knowledge and training needs for any queries raised and help Suppliers to understand.
  • Tesco processes and systems.
  • Making sure relevant stakeholders are engaged at the correct time.
  • Being the expert for supplier induction.
  • Supporting the wider team during conferences and key projects when required.
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
