About the role

The Global Logistics Team plays an integral role in a truly global Supply chain operation, responsible for moving millions of products from our overseas suppliers to our millions of customers each and every day.

We've built our reputation on frequently reinventing our operation to respond to global challenges and new technologies. From weathering storms, massive disruptions in Far East markets, cyber-attacks on global scales through port systems and carriers but have continuously managed to deliver key products into our UK and Central European markets.

You will be responsible for

  • Reporting: Developing a deep understanding of how the retail industry, our Supply Chain and Operations work and why.
  • Using a combination of data and business understanding to turn data into insight, root causing issues, defining problem.
  • Data quality and day to day reporting. Using best practices and improving.
  • IT Project Management: Owning a project; build engagement, influence relevant stakeholders and deliver change.
  • Working cross functionally to build and integrate new systems and platforms.
  • Business Modelling - Mapping existing flows and coming up with new solutions and improved ways of working.
  • Own the full circle from scope, UAT to go live within your projects.
  • Using exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build personal credibility quickly to maintain first class relationships with service stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and with external partners.
  • BI Capabilities: Drive operational excellence for ingestion, transformation and publication.
  • Create and publish Scorecards, Dashboards and KPIs from Tableau
