About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Brand and Media Administrator.

This role would be suited to a candidate who is keen to enhance and grow their career in the design and media space as well as gaining exposure to external teams and agencies to deliver the visual expression of the Tesco Brand. The successful candidate will work to ensure we are clear on how the Tesco brand looks, feels and speaks. Providing guidance and being a brand guardian to ensure brand consistency across multiple channels.

You will be responsible for

  • Supporting the technical infrastructure (Brand Asset Management system - BAMS) and the marketing processes to allow effective and efficient delivery of projects across the business.
  • Managing BAMS inbox, questions and queries and providing support for internal colleagues and external suppliers.
  • Checking and updating the meta data that sits behind 20,000 brand assets on BAMS platform.
  • Ensuring the assets are uploaded onto BAMS, clearly labelled, in the correct location and available for download.
  • Educating and training colleagues and external agencies on the BAMS system in order to increase capability and efficiency. Presenting to teams across the business.
  • Providing photography asset support and advice from BAMS across the business for all aspects of Brand expression, communication and alignment
  • Ensuring we are clear on how the Tesco brand looks, feels and speaks. Providing guidance and being a brand guardian to ensure brand consistency across multiple channels.
  • Managing Brand expression OneInbox, answering questions and queries and providing support for internal colleagues and external suppliers on the basics of Tesco Masterbrand and seasonal toolkits

 

You will need

  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Managing a large database on information - To be organised and methodical, self-motivated and reliable
  • Experience in working with brand and graphic assets
