About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with us here at Tesco for a Reward Analyst to join the team.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for carrying out data research, analysis and presentation of benchmarking data in relation to salary and benefits. As Reward Analyst, the work you do will contribute towards implementing Reward initiatives aligned to the long-term People Plan and business goals for Tesco.
You will be responsible for
- Being the in-house subject matter expert for Reward information, providing support as required, including the collation and analysis of data on a timely basis
- Designing, building and implementing analytical models using people and market data to forecast costs, identify issues and impacts
- Preparing management information and reporting, working with relevant teams to ensure the integrity of data sources. Delivering outstanding quality insight and analysis to make strategic and tactical recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Assisting and supporting the annual Reward cycle including salary review, bonus and other Reward initiatives
- Assisting with design of pay, benefits and incentive schemes to ensure the remuneration structure is market-competitive
- Supporting People teams with Reward queries and solving problems
- Managing survey submissions, sourcing data, matching roles and benchmarking analysis
- Assisting on ad-hoc and change projects throughout the year
You will need
- To have demonstrations of data analysis and modelling; managing and manipulation of large complex data sets
- Experience analysing information, drawing insight
and establishing recommendations
- Examples of delivering Reward initiatives including: Pay Review, Equal Pay audits, salary surveys, benchmarking and pay ranges, incentive schemes, job evaluation, information management
