You will be responsible for

  • You will manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers
  • You will support the Product Operations Manager in delivering excellent, accurate, timely and professional service levels to the business.
  • The support you give is right first time to help deliver the business steering wheel objectives.
  • You will ensure maintenance and integrity of all systems and data.
  • You will escalate issues to the relevant departments/areas of the business.
  • You will aid the development of new and improved processes.
  • You will provide administrative support for training, projects and to support other training processes when required.
  • You will deliver a quality and reliable service to customers and colleagues, communicating effectively at all levels of the business.
  • You will help to resolve issues in Store, DC and Head Office.
  • You will help liaise with suppliers to ensure that standards are maintained, improved ways of working & targets for range/promotions are met.

You will need

  • Experience of administration in a fast moving environment is desirable but not essential.
  • You will be a good communicator and have basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office.  
  • You will have the ability to deal with suppliers.
  • You understand stores perspective and how we can impact them.
  • Decision making, analytical/problem solving skills and knowledge of the retail industry.
