About the role
This is a great opportunity for an individual with exceptional organisational skills to work with some of our key stakeholders across Tesco.
You will be responsible for planning, organising and coordinating the messaging we deliver to our stores, ensuring the best solutions are landed as effectively as possible. From organising and facilitating meetings, to assisting with the creation of communication materials, the scale of work is varied where you will be close to the change we land.
You will be responsible for
- Facilitating meetings, capturing, sharing and tracking next steps
- Assisting with the creation of communication materials, bearing in mind all stakeholder levels and working with the SDM alignment team
- Data capture, tracking and analysis
- Tracking programme delivery, working with internal and external teams to identify learnings and opportunities for future, and to resolve issues
- Coordination and tracking of project submissions against deadlines, flagging where there are risks to the timelines
- Assist in building the timelines and tracking against these
- Assist in writing governance papers and gathering information for these
- Logging and tracking programme risks and issues
- Assisting with quarterly reviews with Natural Work Teams and producing UK Leadership Team paper(s) for twice yearly reviews.
- Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of critical path timeline and communicating this to stakeholders
You will need
To be a confident and experienced user of Word, Excel and Powerpoint, ideally from a project coordination or administration background and with high levels of organisation.
Retail experience and a knowledge of Store operations would be beneficial but isn't essential as is experience working on change projects.
