You will be responsible for

•You will provide support ,coaching and assistance to colleagues from stores  through a set of telephone Helplines, e-mail addresses including the following areas:

•Store ordering 

•Ranging / scanning issues

•Stock and Delivery procedures

•Till operations and functionality

•Store Back office operations

•Basic IT queries

•Escalation of Maintenance issues

•Supplier issues

•Support and assist Field Managers from both Retail and Franchise Operations as and when required

•Assist colleagues from within the wider business with queries relevant to the stores.

•Work cross functionally for the best possible outcome.

•Take responsibility for your actions and decisions.

•Demonstrate the Company values in all communications.

You will need

•Effective customer service skills

•Great oral and written communications

•Attention to detail

•Strong organisational skills, & decision making

•Able to work to tight deadlines

•Knowledge of store operations and systems
